1. What are the shipping fees? 

We currently ship within Malaysia and to Singapore. The flat shipping rates are as follow:

  • West Malaysia: RM7
  • East Malaysia: RM14
  • Singapore: RM25

Enjoy free shipping on orders over:

  • RM120 (West Malaysia)
  • RM150 (East Malaysia)

2. How long will my order take to process and ship? 

At UU Project, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed swiftly and efficiently. All orders are processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

  • West Malaysia: 2 to 5 working days
  • East Malaysia: 5 to 7 working days
  • Singapore / International: 7 to 14 working days

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number, so you can easily monitor your parcel’s journey to you.

3. Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to Singapore.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in our listed prices or shipping fees. All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means any additional charges incurred upon arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

1. Does UU Project offer returns? 

At UU Project, we prioritize your health and safety. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns once a purchase has been made. We appreciate your understanding in helping us ensure that all our products remain fresh, clean, and safe for every customer.

However, if you receive an incorrect or defective product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us at info@theuuproject.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, and our team will assist you promptly.

2. Can I change or cancel my order? 

We process orders quickly to ensure they reach you as soon as possible. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.             

However, if you require assistance, please contact us at info@theuuproject.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help before your order is processed. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make any modifications or cancellations.
